In the beginning, we are trying hard to communicate with a client in order to clarify details, because if a client fully understands his problem, it really does not mean the same for an executor. If we take a task without understanding its core, then not so comfortable situations arise. We are striving for a mutual understanding, therefore always ask clarifying questions. If a client needs his job done «already yesterday», then this is a time of strong emotions, but what is more important is to understand the task correctly. Below is a screenshot of one chat. What is interesting is that in the end a client had only our quote. Nobody even after two days gave any proposal. We responded within a few minutes and faced strong opposition.
