At the moment Scrum is the most popular method of project management in the Agile concept. It provides the ability to flexibly change the goals depending on changing external conditions. Scrum is the best solution when developing brand new products under conditions of uncertainty, when even the client can not clearly articulate the final objectives. All work is carried out with direct participation of the customer and within independent teams responsible for the result. Progress is achieved in short 2 week sprints. Scrum Master is responsible for organizing team work, coaching, and the alignment of the work, so the team feels responsible for the result. Ideally, the Scrum Master should make it so that the team does not need him.
