Sales channels from small to big

It happened that our company has been working mainly with small and medium-sized businesses (from 100 people) which were our clients. We look for clients through various channels. starting from friends of friends to freelance marketplaces. Moreover, for each channel, we have our own agents and professionals of different levels and as our experience shows, those who work for corporate projects cannot switch quickly to small tasks because this is already their past. 

If we started talking about front line workers, then let’s see how so-called KAMs (Key Account Managers) are doing, who order services. KAMs working in corporate businesses are already recognized and accomplished people, but are ever hungry. They are like lions. They are calm until a prey appears in their sight. Their preparation is usually longer than the attack. Therefore, they can make 1-2 contracts in a year and preparation takes months, usually 6-12 months. If longer, then such KAMs are usually not effective. We will talk about them on another occasion, but today it is interesting to look at the work of those KAMs who provide small tasks on such sales channels like youdo.ru, fl.ru, kwork.ru, profi.ru, etc.

These guys keep their company afloat by diversifying income sources. Here you can find quick tasks and quick money since all tasks are mainly simple and require less than 5-7 business days to complete them and sometimes even a few minutes. 

Here we have one interesting point. The issue is that the middle business also searches for workers at youdo.ru. Such companies are few, but an experienced salesman can see them with bare eyes. Couple of weeks ago, we started researching the channel where we never looked for the orders before. Since it started to give interesting results, we decided to start our blog and share information important and useful for small and medium-sized businesses, SMB, as bankers say. We will show cases of what people face, how they are thinking to solve, and finally solving the tasks.
